Young people are not playing to satisfy your ambitions.
Young people are involved for their enjoyment - not yours.
We all have a responsibility to encourage our young people to play by the rules.
Teamwork and effort are just as important as winning,
you should accept losing without undue disappointment.
Do not allow your winning side to gloat over their victory.
Never ridicule or shout at a young person for making a mistake or losing. Praise them - or keep quiet!
Never publicly question the referee's decision. No matter how bad they may appear to be.
Help to remove all verbal and physical abuse in soccer.
